Your Autonomization Competencies Profile is not an assessment, a personality test, or a psychometric tool. It illustrates tendencies in behavior and the advantages and disadvantages that may result from them.
Confidentiality: Unless there is a formal agreement between you and your employer, your delegation profile is strictly confidential and will only be shared with your trainer.
Please allow 30 to 40 minutes to complete the questionnaire. However, you may choose to complete it in several sessions.
