Automatization Competency Profile
Hello and welcome, Your Automatization Competency Profile is a tool for your personal and professional development. It provides you with a portrait of your current ability to delegate. It expresses how you apply the criteria that enable you to choose your postures when interacting with others. Your Automatization Competency Profile is not an assessment, nor is it a psychometric tool. It illustrates how you tend to act, and the advantages and disadvantages this can bring. If you are enrolled in the Autonomizing, the Art of Delegating training program, your detailed profile will be given to you in class. If you are not enrolled in the training program, the partner you are working with will integrate the profile into your development path. Confidentiality: Unless there is a formal agreement between you and your employer, your delegation profile is strictly confidential and will only be shared with the partner. Please allow 30 to 45 minutes to complete the questionnaire. You may, however, choose to complete it in several sessions. Don't forget to send your answers at the very end.

The questionnaire
By definition, whether in a professional or personal context, delegating involves empowering the Other, a person or a team, and developing their autonomy in relation to an objective, a role, a responsibility or a project. This is your mission in the following situations. In other words, you are asked to support the progress of the people and projects involved in the following situations. For each situation, select the answer that seems most relevant to you. Don't try to look good or express what your spontaneous reaction would be. It doesn't really help to imagine a similar situation you might have experienced. Think in terms of the available data. No answer is ideal or bad in itself, but there's always one that stands out. You can come back and change your answers, but we urge you not to "over-think". Let's go!

If you have already registered for an Autonomizing training or coaching program, choose the summary profile to receive it immediately. The person running your Autonomizing program will present you with your complete profile, and the profile fee will be included in your invoice.

Your current delegation style, its definition - your comfort zones - your challenges - score expressing the effectiveness of your delegation in each of the two phases.
Detailed Profile, immediately available
Contains the summary profile PLUS comments on your choices - comments on your choices in each phase and in regular and emotional situations AND General comment AND What would have helped you delegate better.
