The Autonomizing & Systemizing methods were adapted by François Pellerin, a practitioner in organizational psychology and author of the book The Art of Autonomizing: A New Perspective on Delegation, Empowerment and Organizational Inteliigence*.

Our history
Founded in 2018, InterCoherence grew out of François Pellerin’s personal reflections. His quest for coherence led him to adopt the trillium as a symbol to illustrate that coherence lies at the intersection of three factors: what we want to achieve, what we want to experience, and the values that define us.
Maty Ndao Fall contributed to the projects from 2018 to 2020. In 2024, François wrote his book, which he self-published in January 2025. Kristel joined the team in January 2026.

François Pellerin, M.Ps.
Author and trainer of trainers
François holds a master’s degree in human relations psychology with a concentration in intercultural relations from the University of Sherbrooke (1997). He worked for five years at an organizational psychology firm, twelve years as a self-employed professional, and three years with the nonprofit organization Planetree Francophone. Since late 2017, he has been working full-time for InterCohérence, which he founded. François has adapted and developed two original methods: AUTONOMIZING significantly enhances competency , and SYSTÉMISER, which enables the successful implementation of complex organizational transformations and revolutionizes change management. François is the author of the book Autonomizing The Art of Delegating and Developing Collective Intelligence, translated into English and Spanish.
Kristel Louboutin
Leading Business Development
Kristel is an organizational transformation architect and senior consultant in leadership, culture, and human governance. She has over fourteen years of experience in management and executive leadership roles in sales, marketing, communications, and operations within complex, growing organizations. She supports organizations in transformation initiatives aimed at aligning leadership, culture, and management practices to foster engagement and sustainable performance. As a partner at InterCoherence and an accredited trainer, Kristel contributes to the deployment and evolution of the AUTONOMIZING approach, with a focus on leadership mindsets, conscious delegation, and the development of collective intelligence.
