The 5 Essential “ levers ” for Change
Making Your Systemic Change Project a Success
For Project Management Teams
You come in with your project, and you leave with a plan to improve five essential conditions for success.
Part of the SYSTÉMISER program
Aim for the Mark
Before each procedure, you choose a goal that is at a logical level.
A meeting, an email, a hallway conversation: every interaction serves a purpose, often without us even realizing it. This workshop helps you become more conscious of those choices, so that your efforts are directed toward what best advances… what you truly want.
Before the workshop
A short online questionnaire shows how each person is currently involved.
Your Projects
Everyone reviews their current projects and plans their upcoming meetings.
Your Choices
Everyone identifies the angle and perspective that will best advance the matter at hand.
Your Upcoming Tasks
Everyone rewrites their goals for the coming weeks.
What Your Leaders Take Away
- The instinct to clarify one's goal before taking action.
- Revised objectives for their upcoming activities.
- Roles that are evolving toward greater autonomy and efficiency.
- Smoother delegation, communication, and collaboration.
Real-Life Examples
A manager who was burning herself out by trying to be at the center of every decision learned to focus on the right level of involvement. Her role has changed: less repetition of details, more collaboration and strategic vision. Today, she works less and works better.
The 5 Essential Levers for Change
Your team is already putting these 5 change- levers s into practice, but how?
To varying degrees, with varying levels of consistency, the team commits, leads by example, provides purpose, engages in dialogue, and acknowledges efforts.
The workshop brings these choices to light so that the team can apply them more consciously and consistently, from the beginning to the end of the project.
Procedure
A preliminary meeting with the applicant at 3 a.m., followed by a follow-up meeting within the next two weeks.
Participants work in small teams of two or two on their own projects, with very little theory.
Before the workshop
Each participant completes the self-assessment of the current organizational model.
Your Project
The team relies on its change initiative, whether it’s currently underway or planned for the future.
Your Choices
The team identifies what it’s already doing well and what deserves more attention.
Your Improvement Plan
The team sets its priorities and adopts a plan to improve the key levers s for the project’s success.
What Your Team Takes Away
- A shared perspective on the conditions for success.
- Concrete steps to take to move your project forward.
- A common language for driving change.
- A strengthened collective awareness of its ability to evolve
