This book is intended for small, medium, and large public and private organizations. This book is based on more than 27 years of professional experience.
In the first part of the book, François Pellerin presents AUTONOMIZING, a simple and effective situational leadership method that helps you adapt to any circumstance, choose the right objective at the best logical level of intervention, and adopt the right stance in order to foster commitment and autonomy among individuals or teams with regard to a well-defined objective.
In the second part of the book, the author presents SYSTEMIZING, a transformation method that has been used successfully around the world for years. It facilitates an evolutionary view of your current organizational model and provides you with a toolkit and concepts for planning and orchestrating your organizational transformation while leading ongoing change projects. It introduces the original practice known as "intermodal transport" into organizational development.
