Aim True

A meeting, an email, a hallway conversation: every interaction serves a purpose, often without us even realizing it.

I maintain that before taking action, a person chooses the goal of their intervention, whether consciously or not.
Each objective exists on a logical level.

The workshop helps you make this choice consciously, so that your efforts are directed where they will best help you achieve… what you truly want.

Before the workshop
A short online questionnaire shows how each person typically intervenes today.

Your Situations
Each person reviews their current projects and plans their upcoming meetings.

Your choices
Each person identifies the angle and perspective that will best advance the issue at hand.

Your Upcoming Interventions
Each person rewrites interventiongoals for the coming weeks.

Your Leaders Take Away

  • The habit of clarifying one's goal before taking action;
  • Revised objectives for their upcoming activities;
  • Roles that are evolving toward greater autonomy and efficiency;
  • Smoother delegation, communication, and collaboration.

Real-Life Examples
A manager who was burning herself out by trying to be at the center of every decision was heading for sick leave. Once she learned to target the right logical level of intervention, her role changed: less content to repeat, more collaboration and vision. Today, she works less, but she works better.

The 5 Essential Levers for Change

Your team is already putting these 5 change levers into practice, but how?

To varying degrees, with varying levels of consistency, the team commits, leads by example, provides purpose, engages in dialogue, and acknowledges efforts.
The workshop brings these choices to light so that the team can apply them more consciously and consistently, from the beginning to the end of the project.

Before the workshop

Preparatory meeting: Each participant completes the self-assessment of the current organizational model.

Your Project

The team draws on its change initiative, whether it is currently underway or planned for the future.

Your Choices
The team identifies what it’s already doing well and what needs more attention. Participants work on their projects in small teams of 2 or 3.

Your Improvement Plan
The team sets its priorities and adopts a plan to improve key levers for the project's success. A follow-up meeting takes place within two weeks.

Your Team Takes Away

  • A shared view of the conditions for its success;
  • Concrete steps to take to move your project forward;
  • A common language for driving change;
  • A heightened collective awareness of its ability to evolve.
